The Freighthouse Square Venue for your events

The Rainier Room and Foss Hall (lower level) are $150 per hour, with special considerations and discounts for trade shows and charitable organizations. A 25% deposit is required to reserve the space and date.

For events that extend past 8:00pm will incur additional security charge. Security services are contracted by Freighthouse through Pierce Security.

As a complimentary service we offer delivery of YOUR rented tables/chairs the day prior to your event. Inquire with Freighthouse Square management as to delivery window times. The renting party may get in as early as 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event for decorating or additional set up. Renters may return the day after the event for final tear down and clean up of the rental halls.

The Freighthouse Square can provide up to 10, 8 foot tables and an *eclectic* assortment of mis-matched chairs--suitable for many, but not appreciated by some. We recommend AAParty Rentals for more formal events. Linen service is not included and should be rented separately.
